How do I request an appointment?
Call 913-738-4370 or use the appointment request page. A submitted request does not confirm a time; the shop follows up to confirm availability. Online requests are handled through our AutoLeap appointment page.
What should I have ready?
Have your vehicle’s year, make, model, and mileage ready. Note warning lights, symptoms, and when the issue occurs. Bring relevant maintenance records if available.
Can I get an estimate before my visit?
Yes. You can get an estimate before your visit. Please have your vehicle’s VIN or license plate number ready when you contact the shop.
Can I drop off my vehicle after hours?
Yes. We have a key drop at our parts door for after-hours vehicle drop-off.
What if I don’t know which service I need?
Describe what you have noticed: a warning light, a sound, a starting problem, or a change in how your vehicle drives. Call the shop for help planning your visit.
What does the 133-point inspection cover?
It helps identify visible safety and maintenance concerns. Internal powertrain components are excluded. The shop explains findings and recommended next steps.
Are you open on weekends?
The shop is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, and closed Saturday and Sunday.
